Finalist of all-Russian contest “teacher of the year” teacher of Russian language and literature of Lyceum no 11 Andrew Barashevo was asked to head the school in Rostov-on-don, reported in the city administration.

“The city Manager of Rostov-on-don Sergey Gorban congratulated Andrew barasheva that he adequately presented the don capital in Moscow and is today one of the best teachers in the country… Given the experiences and accomplishments of a young educator, Andrew Barashevo was asked to lead one of the educational institutions of Rostov”, — stated in the message.

The participants of the meeting discussed a number of issues related to the educational process, changes that await school education, perspectives of educational development in Rostov-on-don, said in the administration.

The winner of the contest “teacher of the year 2016” was a teacher of Russian language and literature Alexander Shagalov from the Krasnodar region, Barashev among the five finalists.

In 2012, Andrey Baryshev was the winner in a municipal stage of the contest “teacher of the year city of Rostov-on-don” in the nomination “the Pedagogical debut” and won the contest for young teachers “pedagogical Festival of talents” in nomination “Modern educational technology activities of the young teacher”. In 2015, Barashev won the competition of the best teachers of the Russian Federation in the framework of the priority national project “Education”.
